The candidate:

Candidates should have extensive experience in quantity surveying – particularly in the groundworks and civil’s sector. Experience working within an IMS is advantageous but not essential. A full UK driving licence is also required.

Responsibilities:

​

• Take off Drawings

• Pricing tenders

• Surveying throughout the course of live jobs and submitting valuations to clients

• Final Contract Accounts

• Job Costing

• Pre and Post Contract Duties

• Sub Contractor Agreements, and delivery supervision.

• Project Planning, IMS Planning, Risk Assessments and Resource Management as well as all IMS Documentation to maintain compliancy

• Contract Preparation, Negotiation, Agreements and Amendments, Contract Statutory and legal compliance

• Subcontract orders and PQQ’s

Job Offer:

Salary package is negotiable depending on experience, salary range £55k-£75K.
